Summer Camps

Join us for a week of unforgettable experiences where riders of all abilities can learn, grow, and connect with our incredible equine partners. Under the guidance of our instructors, participants will engage with our beautiful setting, doing art projects, hikes, and barn life, while fostering lifelong friendships and memories. Come be a part of the Equi-Ed family this summer and embark on a journey of discovery, camaraderie, and fun!

Ages & Abilities

Ages 5-12 Student's with & without disabilities

At Equi-Ed, we believe in the power of inclusion and welcome students of all abilities. We strive to create an environment where every individual can thrive and succeed. We encourage parents to share their child's Individualized Education Plan (IEP) with us to ensure we provide the necessary support for a successful camp experience. However, please note that for the safety of all participants, admission to camp may not be suitable for students with significantly challenging behaviors, such as elopement or physical aggression. We prioritize the well-being of all our campers and aim to provide a safe and enriching environment for everyone.

Camp Activities

Animal Encounters

Experience the joy of interacting with animals at Equi-Ed's ranch camp! We have a variety of friendly creatures like goats, ponies, and horses. Campers have the chance to engage in hands-on care and play.  

Arts & Crafts

At our Arts and Crafts session, campers unleash their creativity by crafting beautiful creations inspired by nature to proudly display at home. From vibrant tie-dye and intricate paper mâché to charming collages and dream catchers, there's a world of artistic possibilities to explore. With activities like card-making, friendship bracelet crafting, and lanyard weaving, every camper can unleash their inner artist and take home treasured keepsakes crafted with love and imagination.

Horse Care

Learn how to approach a horse safely, groom and become the ultimate Horse Whisperer. Horse care is agreat opportunity to learn how to lead a horse safely, become more knowledgeable about equipment,and other fun details about horses. Here you can help with feeding the horses, mucking the barn, or even give them a bath.

Nature Hikes

Explore the great outdoors with acres of pristine landscape, Equi-Ed offers an abundance of scenic trails waiting to be explored. Accompanied by a counselor and equipped with a first aid kit, campers embark on thrilling adventures into the hills, encountering the rich wildlife of Equi-Ed along the way. 

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required for each session and each child to hold a reservation. The balance and paperwork are due upon your child’s arrival at camp, and children will not be permitted to attend without payment and paperwork. In the event of cancellation, the $50.00 deposit portion will NOT be refunded for any reason. Up until the Thursday prior to your child’s week beginning the rest of the camp balance (not the deposit) is refundable if the week is canceled.  From the Friday before camp begins onward, camp is not refundable at all. Once a camper has arrived at camp, refunds will not be credited for any reason should they leave camp early. Whether the reason for leaving camp is for health or homesickness problems, dismissal or withdrawal, or for any reason prompted by the camp or a parent/guardian, a refund cannot be granted. Changes to program choice or session dates can be made if there is space available
