A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required for each session and each child to hold a reservation. The balance and paperwork is due upon your child’s arrival at camp, and children will not be permitted to attend without payment and paperwork. In the event of cancellation by Equi-Ed, the deposit portion will not be refunded.

Once a camper has arrived at camp, refunds will not be credited for any reason should they leave camp early. Whether the reason for leaving camp is for health or homesickness problems, dismissal or withdrawal, or for any reason prompted by the camp or a parent/guardian, a refund cannot be granted. Changes to program choice or session dates can be made if there is space available
