What kind of occasions can the Equi-Ed Giving Guide be utilized for?

Gifts can be given for occasions like Christmas or Thanksgiving, birthdays, weddings or anniversaries, and in honor of someone special or in memory of someone who has passed on. The opportunities are endless. Let us know your occasion and we can help find the right E-Card and messaging for your gift.

Can I add a photo to my e-card?

Of course! We are happy to help you customize your gift. Add a comment or request in the "Notes" option on the checkout page. Or send a request to equiedinc@aol.com. High resolution jpg photos can be added to your E-Card, upon request.

What if I want to gift to more than one person?

You can simply add another item to your cart. Be sure to give us the contact name and email for the recipient for EACH gift.

How will my gift be delivered?

We have partnered with SmileBox to create beautiful, thoughtful animated electronic cards that include your personal message and greeting. The E-Cards are emailed directly to your recipient's inbox. *Please note that E-Cards will be delivered via Smilebox.com to your recipient's email inbox with Equi-Ed listed as the sender.

When will my gift be delivered?

You have options! You can choose to send straight away or on a future date. If you are purchasing a birthday gift or an "In Memory of" gift, you can add a specific date in the notes column at checkout. All holiday purchases will be sent starting the week of December 19, 2021 - just in time for Christmas.

*Please note that the turnaround time to create each personalized card is a minimum of 24 hours. Be sure to consider that, when making your purchase.

Is my purchase tax deductible?

Yes, by purchasing a gift, you are making a donation Equi-Ed, which is a 501 (c)3 organization. You will receive an email receipt of your Giving Guide purchase for your records. At the end of each calendar year, Equi-Ed sends a donor acknowledgment letter indicating all donations made to the organization. Donations made by US residents are tax deductible as allowed by law, though we recommend that you consult with your tax professional.

E-Card options can be previewed by clicking on your selection from the drop down list, then click the play button on the image.
If you are doing a direct program donation, and not sending an E-Card, enter your information in the recipient box and add "none" in the personal greeting box.
Specific delivery dates for E-Cards are offered for special occasions such as "Birthday" and "In Memory Of" gifts.
All holiday cards will be sent the week starting December 19, 2021.
